Hadleys Collectibles uses the Royal Mail to deliver its packages

All packages are shipped fully insured. Orders above £50.00 in value are shipped FREE.

Rates depend upon weight and are calculated at checkout. Approximate prices for small packages of one or two items are listed below for your guidance.

Packages over 2 kilograms in weight cannot be sent by Airmail. Please contact for available shipping options.

Coins are shipped in strong, bubble pack envelopes and are clearly addressed with prominent postcodes.

Customers, as importers, are responsible for any Customs duty owing, should your package be officially opened during transit. Hadleys Collectibles will not be held responsible for any such charges that may arise from such occurrences.

Returns

Hadleys Collectibles policy is one of 100% customer satisfaction.

Should any item fail to provide complete satisfaction, the purchase price will be refunded on receipt of the item in the same condition as shipped.

Unless otherwise described, all items are offered in good faith and believed to be genuine. Should any item prove otherwise, please return the item for a full refund.

A note for non-U.K. residents

Please ensure any returned items are labelled correctly and include accurate customs documentation. Hadleys Collectibles will not be held responsible for packages seized by customs officials.
